ITS MY BIRTHDAY NEXT WEEK!

Next week I will be turning 19, this is the point in my life where I start to feel a little old because next year I will be 20 and then 21!!  I have a crazy crazy crazy week planned for my birthday and I just cannot wait, it will also be my last week of seminars and lectures of my first year at university so double celebrations. I have a long list of stuff I want for my birthday but I have narrowed it down to 5 things. Unfortunately I have no one to get me presents, so it looks like I will be buying all this stuff myself.

I'm not usually a fan of buying things that everyone seems to have but this boyfriend coat is an exception. I've seen it around and I love how you can literally wear it with anything. I would most likely pair it with an all black outfit, black trainers and then add the jacket on top or for a night out I would wear it with a playsuit and a hot pair of heels. I mentioned these air max 90s in my Trainers Wishlist and I still want them! I love cute little dainty necklaces and I adore this one from regal rose it is so so cute. I think seeing Rihanna wear a cap has made me want one and call me crazy but I also think that the cap go well with a sophisticated outfit. Finally, I would like a bed set (random!). I have almost finished my first year of university which means I will be going back home to Dagenham for the summer and I'd like to work on decorating my room, a plain black bed set would fit in perfectly with the theme.

Hey my lovelies, hope your having a wonderful Sunday.

Yesterday I had an amazing time at a sports ball event that was held by my university. We were taken to a beautiful location in the country of Nottingham for a three course meal, free champagne and free wine!

It was an opportunity for everyone to dress elegantly and celebrate the year and I LOVED IT!

BEAUTY | My Everyday Make Up Routine

I haven't posted anything make up related yet, so my debut make up post shall be my everyday make up routine. This isn't my fixed routine, I'm still playing around with make up and seeing what works for me. I have extremely oily skin so I can't just use any old make up, I start with concealing and highlighting my face. First I conceal under my eyes with Maybelline Fit Me Liquid Concealer and then go over it with a creamy concealer. I do this to prevent creasing, at the moment I alternate between Sleek Corrector and Concealert and Sleek Hide It Concealer.

I then go onto my eyebrows, I have always used Rimmel London Eyebrow Pencil and I will probably always use it. It has never done me wrong. Depending on the condition of my eyebrows, I either fill them in or I completely re draw them. 

For the last couple of months I haven't left my house without lining my eyes. I use Maybelline Gel Liner and I just love the intensity of the black. I use Benefit They're Real Mascara, lightly coat my top eyelashes and then apply my fake eyelashes which I buy from Afro-Carribean hair shops. 

Recently I haven't been using my liquid foundation, I've just been using MAC Studio Fix Powder and I absolutely love the way it looks. I finish with using Sleek Face Contour Kit to contour my face.

I've been really naughty and not posted in over month, I've just had so much work to do but I'm back!

Recently I've really been into floral prints and items of clothing that aren't black! I literally wear black every day and I'm trying to get out of the habit. The weathers getting better, its almost summer and I just cant wait to put together cute little outfits. My wardrobe is just not equipped for Autumn/Winter. If I had to choose my favorite piece it would have to be the dress from ASOS, I love anything bardot and the print is just cute cute cute. Also my new favorite store at the moment has to be ASOS I bought a gorgeous new dress from ASOS (which you will see in my next post) and I just cannot wait to wear it.

DANCE | GO HARD OR GO HOME HIP HOP COMPETITION 2014

Hey my lovelies, I haven't posted in quite a while but being a university student with 20 million deadlines it's pretty hard. ( I'm actually currently writing this post whilst in a lecture)

This weekend my university's hip hop society Funky Fresh Collective held the UK's biggest hip hop competition and Trent Dance competed! About a week and a half ago we decided we were going to compete and last week Sunday we started choreographing.

Yes Trent Dance choreophed a whole set in a week and WE CAME SECOND. 

Quick shoutout ehe ( I strongly doubt that they will read this) Well done Sophie, Sabina, Ella, Emily and Annie so proud of us all.

On Thursday Trent Dance held an AGM meeting, I don't actually know what AGM stands for but it's basically where people run to be on committe and members of the club vote.

I went for Clifton Captain, First Team Captain and Vice President. I really wanted to be First Team Captain but I am very happy to say I will be Clifton Captain for 2014/2015 (how lucky are the Clifton intermediates and beginners to have bloblo as a captain!! )

The weather seems to be getting a lot warmer and as I don't like wearing girly flat shoes, it'll soon be time to put away my boots and bring out the trainers. I love to wear casual outfits and finish them off with statement shoes, that could be a pair of banging heels or hot hot trainers. My faves are the Nike Air Force 180 Mids, Tasha Green posted an OTT with these on and I went on a big hunt for them I FINALLY FOUND THEM ! Unfortunately I can't find where to purchase them.  Trainers are so comfy, they're great for walking to and from uni with. So when I get my money tree I'll definitely be adding these to my shoe collection :)

5 Things I Cannot Leave My House Without

Nothing too amazing but these are the basics that I must have in my bag when leaving the house. I have extremely oily skin blotting paper and my studio fix powder help me keep it under control whilst I'm out.  Carmex of course to keep my lips moisturized, I alternate between carmex and vaseline but I do prefer carmex. Moisturizer, I hate having dry hands. Washing your hands after using the toilet and your hands feel ashy no,no,no. Now this is of course not beauty related but I always think I'm hungry when in fact I actually just need water.
